Microsoft then made a huge leap forward with Outlook Web App 2013 and now hear we are with Outlook Web App 2016. We have retired our customization of OWA 2003 and 2007, but are still offering Custom Branding Packages for OWA 2010 and of course 2013.
With Outlook Web App 2016 (OWA 2016) things are very similar to OWA 2013. We will be offering a Full Branding Package and CU Support for Porting the Custom OWA Sites over from CU to CU keeping your Outlook Web App Environment readily available for Development on our CU Maintenance Porting Plan.
With all OWA Customizations with every CU released Microsoft will set the Custom Site back to Default and your Custom Package will have to be Ported over to the new CU. We charge a fee for this. This fee is a different price per CU and per Service Pack. We can provide you with pricing on this. This is standard with all OWA Past Versions for all of our customers. This should be factored into your OWA Maintenance Cycle.

There are no ongoing licensing or paid support fees. The 30-day Bug Fix period begins once the product is installed in the client’s environment and applies to the items with the scope of the project. And as with all of Techstur.com’s Custom Interface products, the customized Interface design can be installed on Unlimited StoreFront Instances and Servers through your Citrix Environment as long as they are the same build version.
Projects take 15 business days from Design to Install. All projects come with a 30 Day Bug Fix Guarantee. Techstur.com will always be available in the future to help you with any updates. All Customizations are versions specific, so we will confirm your versions before we start.
